(July 15, 2026) – OTG Asset Management, LTD is pleased to mark the first anniversary of the OTG Latin America ETF (Nasdaq: OTGL), commemorating one year since the OTG Latin America Fund converted to the ETF structure.
By converting from a mutual fund to an ETF, OTG expanded investor access to their established investment approach through the ETF vehicle, including the benefits of intraday trading, competitive fees, and potential tax efficiencies.
"The Latin America market remains requires patience and discipline. Our conviction in the region's long-term opportunity remains strong," said Mauricio Alvarez, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of the OTG Latin America ETF. "Our process didn’t change with the conversion, we’re still doing the same fundamental, on-the-ground research that has always guided our strategy."
The actively managed ETF invests across Latin American equity markets using OTG's research-driven investment process, built on fundamental analysis and focused on identifying companies that the firm believes are overlooked by broader market participants.
"One year in, our focus remains the same, identifying what we believe are quality businesses well positioned to benefit from the region's structural growth drivers, and giving investors an efficient, transparent way to access those opportunities. We are constantly looking for ways to help our clients enhance their investment solutions and reach their financial goals,” he added.

Important Information
Investors should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the Fund carefully before investing. This and additional information can be found in the Fund's prospectus, which may be obtained by calling 888.716.7116. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.
Investing involves risk. Loss of principal is possible.
ETFs are subject to additional risks that do not apply to conventional mutual funds, including the risks that the market price of an ETF’s shares may trade at a premium or discount to its net asset value, an active secondary trading market may not develop or be maintained, or trading may be halted by the exchange in which they trade, which may impact an ETF's ability to sell its shares.
Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the ETF. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns.
The risks of investing in foreign companies, including those located in emerging market countries, can increase the potential for losses in the Fund and may include currency fluctuations, political and economic instability, less government regulation, less publicly available information, limited trading markets, and differences in financial reporting standards, including recordkeeping standards, less stringent regulation of securities markets, and differences in accounting methods.
Diversification does not eliminate the risk of experiencing investment loss.
